This project helped me learn more about what happened to my grandmother and I learned a little bit about my grandfather’s parent. I never met my great grandparents on either side. According to my mother from her side I am majority Indian but I must be albino Indian because I am as pale as a white wall. My grandfather was 100% Indian (Cherokee) and my grandmother was 50% Indian (Choctaw) My grandfather was very dark skinned and my grandmother was not as dark but still dark. My mother is pretty dark but gets extremely dark during the summer or when in the sun for long periods of time. My brother is pretty dark as well especially during the summer. Me on the other hand I reflect the light I am so pale and it does not matter how long I am in the sun for. |
